Trajeco Industries builds the custom software that runs manufacturing and aerospace operations, and we operate that software ourselves in production. As a Technical Writer, you’ll be at the center of that work, making our software understandable to the people who run it every shift.

The role

You’ll write and maintain documentation from product launch through ongoing updates, working across user guides, API references, and internal knowledge bases. This is hands-on work: you’ll be learning the product as deeply as the engineers who built it.

What you’ll do

Write and maintain documentation for our software products, define documentation standards, and work with our engineering and product teams to keep docs accurate as features ship. You’ll own documentation quality from first release through every update that follows.

What you’ll bring

Several years of hands-on experience writing technical documentation for software products, plus a strong grounding in clear, structured writing. You’re comfortable owning documentation end to end and know the difference between docs that look complete and docs that actually help someone on the floor.

Bonus points

Experience documenting manufacturing or industrial software, API documentation, or building documentation systems and style guides. Familiarity with the systems we build and how they’re actually used is a real plus.
