Trajeco Industries builds the custom software that runs manufacturing and aerospace operations, and we operate that software ourselves in production. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be at the center of that work, translating a customer’s operation into the software configuration that fits it.

The role

You’ll work directly with prospective and existing customers to scope, design, and configure software solutions, working across discovery calls, technical demos, and implementation planning. This is hands-on engineering: you’ll be in customer conversations as often as you’re at your desk.

What you’ll do

Scope customer requirements, design software configurations that fit their operation, and work with our engineering team to close gaps between what customers need and what we’ve built. You’ll own the technical relationship from first call through go-live.

What you’ll bring

Several years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role, plus a strong grounding in software configuration and solution design. You’re comfortable owning a customer relationship end to end and know the difference between a solution that demos well and one that holds up in production.

Bonus points

Experience selling or supporting software into manufacturing or industrial customers, technical presentations, or scoping complex integrations. Familiarity with our product architecture and how it feeds accurate scoping is a real plus.
