Trajeco Industries builds the custom software that runs manufacturing and aerospace operations, and we operate that software ourselves in production. As a QA Engineer, you’ll be at the center of that work, making sure what we ship holds up on a real production floor.

The role

You’ll design and run test plans from concept through release, working across manual testing, automated test suites, and release validation. This is hands-on engineering: you’ll be testing against real customer scenarios as often as you’re writing test cases.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain automated test suites, define release quality gates, and work with our engineering teams to catch issues before they reach a customer’s floor. You’ll own quality from first build through release and iterate as our product suite grows.

What you’ll bring

Several years of hands-on experience testing production software, plus a strong grounding in test automation and release processes. You’re comfortable owning quality end to end and know the difference between a feature that works in a demo and one that holds up under real, everyday use.

Bonus points

Experience testing manufacturing or industrial software, performance and load testing, or building test environments that mirror real customer setups. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and how they feed fast, safe releases is a real plus.
