Trajeco Industries builds the custom software that runs manufacturing and aerospace operations, and we operate that software ourselves in production. As a Platform Software Engineer, you’ll be at the center of that work, building the shared foundation every one of our products runs on.

The role

You’ll design and build platform services and internal tools from concept through deployment, working across shared infrastructure, developer tooling, and core services. This is hands-on engineering: you’ll ship platform code that other engineers build on from day one.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain the shared services and tooling our product teams depend on, define platform standards, and work with every engineering team to make their work faster and more reliable. You’ll own platform stability from first release through scale and iterate as our product suite grows.

What you’ll bring

Several years of hands-on experience building platform or infrastructure software in production, plus a strong grounding in system design and developer experience. You’re comfortable owning shared infrastructure end to end and know the difference between a tool that works for one team and one that scales across many.

Bonus points

Experience with internal developer platforms, multi-tenant systems, or building infrastructure for manufacturing and industrial software. Familiarity with API design and how it feeds developer velocity is a real plus.
