Trajeco Industries builds the custom software that runs manufacturing and aerospace operations, and we operate that software ourselves in production. As an Implementation Engineer, you’ll be at the center of that work, getting our software live on a customer’s floor and making sure it stays that way.

The role

You’ll deploy, configure, and support our software at customer sites from kickoff through go-live, working directly with the teams who use it every shift. This is hands-on engineering: you’ll be on-site or on a call with customers as often as you’re at your desk.

What you’ll do

Lead software rollouts at customer sites, configure our products to fit each operation, and work with our engineering team to resolve issues customers hit in the field. You’ll own the customer’s experience from first install through steady-state operation.

What you’ll bring

Several years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting production software at customer sites, plus a strong grounding in troubleshooting and customer communication. You’re comfortable owning a rollout end to end and know the difference between a demo that impresses and a deployment that holds up on the floor.

Bonus points

Experience with manufacturing or industrial customers, on-site technical support, or configuring software around existing plant workflows. Familiarity with basic scripting and how it speeds up configuration is a real plus.
