Trajeco Industries builds the custom software that runs manufacturing and aerospace operations, and we operate that software ourselves in production. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you’ll be at the center of that work, building the applications that turn a customer’s floor data into decisions, every shift.

The role

You’ll build features end to end, from database to interface, working across our line-control dashboards, internal tools, and customer-facing applications. This is hands-on engineering: you’ll ship code that runs in production on day one and keep tuning it until it holds up under real use.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain full-stack features across our product suite, define data models and interfaces, and work with our design and product teams to make each feature ship on time. You’ll own quality from first commit through release and iterate as customer requirements evolve.

What you’ll bring

Several years of hands-on experience building full-stack applications in production, plus a strong grounding in both frontend and backend development. You’re comfortable owning a feature end to end and know the difference between code that works in a demo and code that holds up across a year of real usage.

Bonus points

Experience with manufacturing or industrial software, real-time dashboards, or building tools that integrate with hardware and sensors. Familiarity with design systems and how they feed consistency is a real plus.
