Trajeco Industries builds the custom software that runs manufacturing and aerospace operations, and we operate that software ourselves in production. As a Frontend Software Engineer, you’ll be at the center of that work, building the interfaces that make our software usable on the floor, every shift.

The role

You’ll build and refine the interfaces our customers use every day, from concept through deployment, working across component design, state management, and performance. This is hands-on engineering: you’ll ship interfaces that run in production on day one and keep tuning them until they hold up under real use.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain the frontend for our line-control dashboards and internal tools, define component patterns and interaction design, and work with our backend and product teams to make each feature ship on time. You’ll own usability from first release through scale and iterate as customer requirements evolve.

What you’ll bring

Several years of hands-on experience building production frontend applications, plus a strong grounding in modern component frameworks and performance. You’re comfortable owning an interface end to end and know the difference between a UI that works in a demo and one that holds up across a year of real usage.

Bonus points

Experience with data-dense dashboards, real-time updates, or building interfaces for manufacturing and industrial software. Familiarity with accessibility and how it feeds usability is a real plus.
