Full Time
Remote
DevOps Engineer

Overview
Trajeco Industries builds the custom software that runs manufacturing and aerospace operations, and we operate that software ourselves in production. As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be at the center of that work, building the infrastructure and pipelines that keep our software running, every shift.
The role
You’ll design and operate cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems from concept through deployment, working across provisioning, automation, and observability. This is hands-on engineering: you’ll be on call as often as you’re at your desk, tuning systems until they hold up under real load.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, deployment pipelines, and monitoring for our production software, define reliability standards, and work with our engineering teams to make each release ship safely. You’ll own uptime from first deployment through scale and iterate as our systems grow.
What you’ll bring
Several years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and production operations, plus a strong grounding in networking and systems administration. You’re comfortable owning infrastructure end to end and know the difference between a pipeline that works once and one that holds up across a hundred deploys.
Bonus points
Experience with industrial or manufacturing software, container orchestration, or building infrastructure that integrates with on-premise hardware. Familiarity with security hardening and how it feeds reliability is a real plus.
Why Trajeco Industries
We build our own infrastructure because uptime is the product as much as the software itself. You’ll work on real systems that run on real production floors, alongside a team that designs, builds, and operates everything in-house. We build software in the U.A.E., and we build it to last.
