Trajeco Industries builds the custom software that runs manufacturing and aerospace operations, and we operate that software ourselves in production. As a Data Engineer, you’ll be at the center of that work, building the pipelines that turn raw floor data into decisions, every shift.

The role

You’ll design and build data pipelines from concept through deployment, working across ingestion, transformation, and storage. This is hands-on engineering: you’ll ship pipelines that run in production on day one and keep tuning them until they hold up under real volume.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain data pipelines that feed our dashboards and analytics, define data models and quality checks, and work with our product and engineering teams to make each pipeline run unattended. You’ll own data quality from first ingestion through scale and iterate as customer requirements evolve.

What you’ll bring

Several years of hands-on experience building and operating data pipelines in production, plus a strong grounding in databases and distributed systems. You’re comfortable owning a pipeline end to end and know the difference between one that works in a demo and one that holds up across a year of real volume.

Bonus points

Experience with real-time or streaming data, industrial sensor data, or building pipelines that integrate with manufacturing systems. Familiarity with data visualization and how it feeds decisions is a real plus.
